To personalize your post-purchase emails for the cashback offer, navigate to the Emails section in the Duo app. By fine-tuning these emails, you can maximize the effectiveness of your referral program and create a more compelling experience for your customers.

To personalize your post-purchase offer regarding the cahsback offer simply go to the "emails" section in the duo app.

Let's select the invitation email. It is the cashback offer email that is being sent after a purchase within a reward range has been made.

You can edit the template however you see fit. Simply remember to not alter the variables that are in it.

If you're unsure about your changes and wish to revert to the original template, simply click the "Reset Template" button. This action will restore the default settings, allowing you to start fresh with the pre-designed email content.

You also have the full list of tags complete with examples if needed.

You can also select a different language and modify it. The email will be sent in the language of your customer's checkout. If your language is not available in the duo app, it will be sent as english by default.

You can send yourself a test email to have a preview of how the email would look in your customers inbox.
