Here is the breakdown on how to approve or decline cashback for the advocate.
When a discount code is shared and redeemed the cashback reward for the advocate needs your manual verification.
We implemented a manual verification system as a way of giving you absolute control over the solution and preventing reward abuse.
1- To approve/decline cashback first go to the Duos section in the Duo app section.
2- Select a duo that has a 'refundable' status
3- Select 'approve cashback refund' or 'decline'
4- If you have selected 'decline' you can add the reason ensuring transparency with the customer.
Duo is also sending post-purchase emails to the advocate as updates on the status of the cashback offer. Check out our email flow page to learn more about them.
