The Post Purchase Widget showcases your Duo referral program on your store. It is displayed on the order confirmation and status pages, allowing customers to easily share their referral discount code right after making a purchase.

Widgets are complementary with emails sequences Duo sent to your customers and can boost your acquisition.

Installing Duo widgets

Setting up your Duo post-purchase widgets is simple and can be done directly from your Shop editor in Shopify Admin Dashboard.

  1. Once the app is installed, visit "Online store" page on your Shopify Dashboard.

  2. Click on customize Button.

  3. At the top of the page, click on dropdown menu and select "Checkout and new customers account" page.

  4. Once you are on the checkout page preview, click at the top and select "Thank you" page in the dropdown menu.

  5. Click on the Section button, in the top left corner of the Shopify Shop Editor.

  6. Click on "add app block" button on the bottom left of the editor and select "Referral" from Duo.

  7. Once you are done with thank you widget, click at the top and select "Status" page in the dropdown menu.

  8. Click on the Section button, in the top left corner of the Shopify Shop Editor.

  9. Click on "add app block" button on the bottom left of the editor and select "Referral" from Duo.
