Here is a quick walkthrough on how to configure your rewards with the Duo referral program.
In duo, the referral program is based on reward ranges. Each rewards range is composed of 5 variables you can set up:

How to set up a range in Duo?
1- To configure the rewards simply go to the referral program section in the Duo app.
2- Select the rewards tab.
3- You can then configure the rewards as cashback for the advocate and as a discount for the invitee.
4- The rewards are tied to the advocate order value. You can create different order value ranges to align with your profit margins.
5- You can also add a minimum order value for the invitee.
We encourage our users to select a higher cashback reward (advocate) than discount reward (invitee) for each order value range since you want your first buyer (the advocate) to be just that, an advocate to your brand.
Carefully assess whether the cashback rewards for advocates and discounts for invitees are compatible with your profit margins.
Once you have set up your rewards per order value ranges. You can allow the Duo referral program to stack on top of already discounted orders.
